Ouchie!!!!! Today was my favorite day, upper body day. . and I had an

accomplishment Id like to share.

I never thought Id get above 25lbs tricep presses.

Today, I started with 12x10 then 10x15 then 8x20. then it was time to do my

6x25, and i thought, ok im not feeling this like I should to hit my 10. i threw

on 35lbs and did it! OUCHIE!! then i dropped down to 12x25. and my second

exercise was tricep pushups. all i can say is --i definitly needs to up my

starting weight and keep it at 35lbx6!

When I went to shower, washing my hair was painful! gotta love it! :o)

What exactly is a tricep press?? Is it done with a cable machine??

Awesome!!!! That is so exciting! I have to share one too: I ran a mile this

week w/out stopping. It is the first time I have ever done that in my life!
