Guest guest
All reasonable except for the HBOT bit - " The molecules of pure oxygen are smaller than the molecules of oxygen we breathe in the " normal " air " . That can't be true. Molecules don't change size noticeably with pressure. All that changes is the amount of molecules per litre. Sorry for being picky, but junk science is one of the things that Biomed gets labelled with all the time and I hate to see stuff being put out there that isn't correct. The higher lelves of oxygen in the HBOT atmosphere will produce a concentration gradient that facilitates diffusion of the molecules into the patient. That's how the oxygen gets in. But it's improtant to remember: Size doesn't matter!!!! (maybe that's just a male perspective?)
