do you feel that we over fifty have different challenges?

age and click on the ones that have photos. It is an incredible site

as you can see transformations of folks in your own age group. Let me

I'm 53...Yikes!! This is my 3rd challenge although I have been using a

Body for Life approach since 2003. I think one of the advantages of

BFL is that it does work for every age group. It is just a healthy way

to eat, workout and find balance in both.

Months ago, I thought I wanted an over 50 perspective too, but I never

found an active list of over age 50 women...

I love this BFL Women's Club 2 list.
