Guest guest
Have you read the book? It goes into some detail on the fat loss benefits of doing morning cardio on an empty stomach and waiting an hour afterward to eat. Actually, I think the book calls for doing both cardio and weights that way if you're going for maximum fat loss, but plenty of us eat before and immediately after weights in order to fuel muscle recovery. Guest guest
I was doing cardio after my lifting days as well. I recently stopped just to see if I can get the same results. I think I was doing too much cardio and impeeding muscle growth. Anyways, what I did to solve this dilemna. After my lifting/cardio I drank my betagen with a 1/2 scoop of protein. Then I ate about an hour after. Not sure if this was the right thing, but seemed to work fine for me.
