Hi Carolyn,

I thought to look at collage after posting... not sure about that Prevention Walk Your Way Slim... looks very fast and very aerobicy (new word!)... I like the fact that there are 3 levels though. I couldn't tell from the small clip on collage but I'm thinking now that you mention it that the beginner modifier might be Kay from 's workouts? Interesting. I'll give this a try but I have a feeling it won't be in my keep pile... for only $1 though it is worth the try.

Funny your DH thinks Gay is scary! From the 1 minute collage clip I was thinking she looked really good; muscular but still feminine. Not sure I want to be that muscular but not sure I don't either. I'm really looking forward to doing this one.

This weekend is weird since DH and DS are gone until Saturday afternoon. Tomorrow is me and DD all day and all night. We've got some stuff going on during the day Friday and then doing a girls' movie night (something 9 year old DS would never want to watch). I'm hoping to get a workout in sometime during the day tomorrow, hopefully at least some of the 15 minute workouts for Dummies. Will post a review when I do.

Will give it a try! I'm less intimidated now... basic step and low impact is good for me but I don't want easy, I want to feel it so we'll see how it goes. Will let you know. Thanks for the input Kassia!

hi nancy - no, actually that is not mary kay, but the woman who

walks behind leslie in the WATP 3 miler.... leslie points out that

this woman has grown children and that she is in great shape, and

she is! however, walk your way slim must have been filmed quite

some time before WATP, because this woman is much larger in that

workout. heck if i can remember her name... i havent done either

workout for quite some time.

Hmmm. I have no idea who that woman is. Thanks for the correction Carolyn! I think I have WATP 3 miles... not sure though. If I do, maybe I'll pull it out sometime just to see who she is. I need to save the prevention walk your way slim for a day when my kids are not around and I'm very happy so that I can laugh at myself as I fall flat on my face trying to follow the choreography! :-)
