Guest guest
You are doing what works best for you right now, Cyndi. Thanks for sharing. Lots of moms and dads have also found that their day goes better if they start early and get the workout in. Many of the BodyChanger transformations were successful with that ingredient. Women get used to odd hours of sleep/activity when their baby is tiny or a loved one is in need of care. I just extended that concept thinking that I was also a sort of " new born " and needed to find/make the time to care for myself too. Going to bed a bit early and waking up a bit early was a simple solution to the " I can't find the time " issue. Moms (and babysitters of all ages)learn early to do what has to be done. If we women can deal with the dirty diapers, bloody scrapes, and vomiting kids, we can figure out the tricks we need to deal with the rest of the challenges life throws at us M. (who now gets up at 5 o'clock, but has been known to do the workout at ANY time of the day or night as needed) > Yea Ive been getting up at 4am to workout since I started BFL in November. I was NOT AT ALL a morning person. Now I find that even on the weekends, I get up no later then 6am without a problem. > > Im not married and no kids, so Im sure that makes things easier for me then all you moms )

Guest guest
: Thanks for posting this. It made me laugh to think of the diapers, scrapes and vomiting kids you mentioned. Been thru all 3 many times, the last of which tested my ability to even keep the kids. As tough as it is to get up extra early each day, it seems to greatly improve my mood and my patience with the kids. When they wake up at 6AM they are FULLY charged and ready to go. Now I'm ready to face their energy (well, almost) and cope much better with all of the craziness of having kids. Maybe others, including me, can learn from the basic idea of " You do what you have to do " when raising kids and apply it to eating healthy and working out. Go to bed early, get up early, plan what you need to eat for the day, and make those new habits stick. It is so worth it in the long run. > > Yea Ive been getting up at 4am to workout since I started BFL in > November. I was NOT AT ALL a morning person.
