My neighbor does each of these and she thinks it's going to work for her on her

weight loss journey. No breakfast, only 2 meals. She is an aerobic bunny doing

mindless aerobic exercises 7 days a week. She keeps her fat grams low, and is

going crazy trying to keep her calories low! And she does NO weight

training...and she looks horrible!! Fat and fluffy and gaining more.

I have relentlessly tried to explain to her how to obtain the body that she

wants.She looks at me like I am crazy! I am tired of trying to help her. It is

sad that she won't listen!

Here is what i think confused ppl like me on weightwatchers. You

will lose weight eatingjunk like lowfat chips and lean cuisines but

you WILL stall out sooner or later and wonder whyyour no longer

losing and are ALWAYS hungry. I lost 54lbs eating crud like lowfat

hotdogs,eggeolls,lean cuisine pizza and frozen fries..then i stopped

losing and was hungry all the time and always eating fatfree

pringles and pretzels thinking since they were low in points that

they were ok to eat and wondered why i was still hungry. Then i

gained it ALL back. Weight Watchers has a core plan now that teaches

better non processed choices.

Here is what i think confused ppl like me on weightwatchers. You

will lose weight eatingjunk like lowfat chips and lean cuisines but

you WILL stall out sooner or later and wonder whyyour no longer

losing and are ALWAYS hungry. I lost 54lbs eating crud like lowfat

hotdogs,eggeolls,lean cuisine pizza and frozen fries..then i stopped

losing and was hungry all the time and always eating fatfree

pringles and pretzels thinking since they were low in points that

they were ok to eat and wondered why i was still hungry. Then i

gained it ALL back. Weight Watchers has a core plan now that teaches

better non processed choices.

I know there are many here who have used weight-watchers with success.. but I

just can not understand why the weight-watchers program has a lot of processed

foods and junk they allow you to eat!! That's why I never thought much about the

program, the food is basically junk.

i know it..so many frozen meals and desserts that left me hungry

five minutes later. i'm still loosely counting points but eating bfl

foods and counting the points for them.
