Hello barb1283@...,

In reference to your comment:

Hi ,

***********Yes you can Barb.....I suggest to go to Walgreens or a durable

medicine company so that you don't have to pay for shipping. Also, make sure

you buy a few extra tubes. You can re-wash the one you use, but the tubing

needs to be replaced monthly. Can't wash the tubes but you can the apparatus.

DO NOT use the Vicks and eucalyptus in the tubing as it gets very gummy, BUT

you can get a tin can (I use the old coffee cans I get from my neighbors),

put one tablespoon Vicks and read the directions of the eucalypts bottle (some

have different strengths. Bring to a low boil where the steam is coming out

of the can. Take a wet towel draped over your head and lean down over the

steam and breath, BE CAREFUL NOT TO BURN YOUR FACE. The towel draping over

your head helps to hold in the steam, so that you don't have to get to close.

During cold and flu season you can do these treatments a minimum of 3 times

daily. I also boil this mixture to keep the air clean of bacteria during cold

and flu season....
