Who actually owns the Tennis Club Complex? Have you ever thought of calling

their insurer or reporting the property to the Dept of Insurance? Or what

about the mortgagor. Is there a loan on those buildings? Remember, insurers

and mortgagors have vested interests in buildings, too. They do not want

their money bet on a structure that is blatantly not being maintained and is

potentially hazardous to tenants...aka third party insureds. I think it is

time

to start turning some of these negligent slumlords into their insurance

carriers.

I really don't know I'm so stress I can't think this is why I'm going to take a

chance and just get out even if this means sleeping in my car I'm over all the

stress I want to write a book and move on. I alway fealt that what's for you

good are bad you will get it and don't have to do a thing I've done all I can.

Now I just want to move on a Good book is good enough for me thank you that's so

sweet it put a smile on my face now My health must come first.
