Eucalyptus Oil has a strong influence on breathing, by loosening and

expelling mucus and reducing inflammation. It is said that Eucalyptus increases

the

oxygen supply of every cell in the body with its ability to activate red

blood cell functioning. Oil can be sprayed on pillow before bedtime and rubbed

into chest area. I also use this on my animals bedding and for skin ailments.

I carry a small Eucalyptus oil bottle in my purse and will snif it while in a
