Any supplement is allowed, but EAS probably isn't going to make you a

champion and a spokesperson if you achieve your results using their

competitors products. :-) I believe that you're required to use at

least one EAS supplement during your challenge, but I would stick to

the EAS brand name as much as possible if you're entering officially.

I may get in trouble for saying this ;) but...

I wouldn't worry about it too much. You need to use at least one EAS

product, and it's probably good on the entry form to have a bunch of

their products checked off that you've used. However, aside from the

entry form they ask very little about your supplement use. They never

asked if I used other companies' supplements and there was no testing

of any sort (drug or lie detector - for some reason I thought there

would be one or both ;)

One of the 2005 champs said he used " whatever was cheapest " (meaning

not always EAS) and another said she only used Myoplex...nothing

else. In my opinion, use whatever you like best (or is cheapest) and

just make sure you work in a couple EAS things...even if it's one

shake and one bar.

I think you can use those... What I'M confused about it where it says you

have to use one EAS product... does that mean I have to only buy one

container of myoplex? Or do I need to be using it 3/day everyday? It's not

clear at ALL.

have any of you 'officially' entered

the challenge or is it just a personal goal

You could by a single packet and truthfully say that you used Myoplex.

I don't know many people, even champions, who used the stuff three

times a day.

The EAS brand equivelant would be Thermodynamics. I would suggest

when using any supplement to look closely at the ingredients and

where certain ingredients fall on the list (i.e. high fructose corn

syrup, sugar, etc.). Also, do some research on the company you're

getting your supplements from. EAS has been around for awhile and

also does extensive research and development (R & D) and testing on

it's products (that's why it's the ONLY supplement used by the NFL).

Since it's something you're putting in your body (and the real goal

is to have the healthiest one you can possibly have!) make sure it's

a quailty product.
