Friday - Long Cardio/Short Pilates

Hi Everyone,

Today I did a longer cardio workout - I combined the bike (25 min) and the treadmill (25 min) for a total of 50 min. Then, I did one segment of 10 Min Solution Pilates - the one w/ the squishy ball lead by Leigh Rodgers. I like this workout. I did the core routine, I had programed in the flexiblity routine also, but DD was up and pestering me.

Still trying to think over if I want to continue my FIRMing or switch up to Power Fit. I am, believe it or not, seeing results from teh FIRM alreay - trimming/toning - but I'm also noticing a lot more back tightness, which may or may not be due to the FIRM (it could be "life"). Maybe I'll try one more week and see where that gets me. I may leave the weights out of the lower body exercises this week to see if that helps. I still think w/ body weight I can get a decent lower body workout.
