I Just wanted to share something positive about a medication.I have suffered

from osteoarthritis for many years. I do have a very high tolerance for pain and

I must say that the pain from the arthritis is sometimes almost unbearable.

Because my triglycerides are high, my doctor put me on Lovaza which is nothing

more than fish oil which contains a good amount of omega3 fatty acids. After

about a week I had no idea what was happening to my high triglycerides, but the

arthritis pain was reduced probably about 80%. From 4 pain pills a day, I am now

down to 1 which I take at night and which I probably dont even need. I just

thought it important to share this anecdotal information because I do know many

doctors (including my own doctor) who stick to more traditional medicines that

could prove to have many more negative effects than alternative remedies.
