I'm watching old episodes of Biggest Loser (I didn't start watching til season 9) and in season 7 there is this great trainer tip from Jillian!Take a deck of cards, shuffle them.# on the card is # of reps.  Face cards are 10 reps, ace = a one minute break

diamonds= pushupshearts= lungesspade= crunchesclubs = reverse crunchesDo the entire deck. I love this idea!  You can take a deck of cards anywhere and this takes no room or even a tv. or laptop to do!!
