have to agree that its started with infection and the immune responce

regulates it. my chronic fatique started when my spinal fungal

infection started and slowly got worse with exposure. now its allways

here and gets worse when ever I have a reaction to anything and I fell

my body haveing that reaction. the longer or more intence the reaction

the worse the chronic fatique gets. my depression also acts up with a

hard hit

and is a result of whats going on with my body, not causeing it.

no dought there can be differences in cfs, or other types. but I'd say

for exposure to mold/toxins, the infection and autoimmune reactions

have everything to do cfs. in our case to our bodys

reaction to irritants/toxins. also have noticed that my body doesn't

handle stress as well(along with the chronic fatique flair ups) when

something in my environment is irritateing me. this all ties in with

the MCS or TILT, and damage to the CNS. on days that I'm felling good,

I have more energy. but I still dont have the long lasting energy that

I used to have. the outside air can totally drain me in a matter of

minutes when its full of particles, mold spores, toxins, and my lungs

react by the airways closeing up,sometimes cough, sometimes not, and I

have what I would call a total body reaction because the

cfs, mcs, tilt, fibromyalgia " like " symptoms, cns and brain, blood stream

is all effected. after a good hard rain, i can actually breath outside

for a while until the air gets bad again. if this is not a link to cfs

as a reaction to my immune systems malfunctions I dont know what is.

the night before last I went outside and the air was thick with mold.

it wiped me out quick. I had forgotten it was hay bailing season.

whats weird is that I didn't smell hay, only mold and a dirt smell.

the closest hay feild would be about 5 miles away, I didn't link it to

hay until someone reminded me it was hay season. I could not even take

a breath. it was so hot and humid and the air was thick, the mold smell

was heavy. I dont think anyone can say certain states may be worse than

others because (like trying to get a true airtest inside for amounts)

I think mold amounts outside would vary on any given day, depending on

whats going on in your environment.
