Thursday workout

Hi,

Another early morning for me. I started my workout at 6 am again.

I really had no idea what to do this morning. I had done cardio yesterday and my upper body still has some soreness so I didn't feel like I could do a harder yoga. I was going to do a lighter yoga but have decided to do something like that for Friday's workout.

I went with cardio again. I chose Gay Gasper All Cardio Step. I didn't have a lot of energy so this workout was just about right for how my body was feeling. The chore is a bit tricky, but easy compared to Stepping Up, but then just about anything is easier then that. I did the warm up, step section, cool down and stretch. This was 45 minutes and I burned 395 calories.

Love being done and haven't even left for school yet.
