Well Mr. Famous had to cancel, a work thing came up.  Marina showed up though, and we did Core Secrets Upper Body Challenge with Gunnar .   I think I did it once before and I really enjoyed it!  You do one upper body move on the ball followed by an abdominal segment.  The 30 minutes went by quickly!  He doesn 't do a lot of reps so I hope I remember to go up in weight next time.

We ended with a's favorite instructor of all time, Mari Winsor, and got 20 more minutes of core work in with her 20 minute [pilates] workout.  An excellent add on, but not as tough as some of her other ones. 

Since Noel has reduced my cardio to just one hour a week for awhile I have a feeling I'll be spending time finishing up the slim series rotation and doing lots of pilates.  I'm kind of glad we had it out yesterday and feel it is helping me get on track.  I think he does genuinely care about my fitness and wants to see me succeed (his bodybuilder version of succeed).  And while of course I want to get stronger for me, I do want to make him proud of me.

Tomorrow Tressia's coming over for yoga.  I am going to pick a virgin practice for sure.  I have way too many workouts in the virgin pile and it's time to knock some of 'em off!
