Guest guest
what a tired morning i was up late last night. some season finales of my show that weren't recorded earlier for me(thanks dh) well burn notice i always watch at 10pm. i simply couldn't miss but celebrity rehab! i needed to watch that!i did get lazy early in the evening by putting off my yoga. i kept saying i could stretch while watching my shows but that never happened. nothing i could say could sugarcoat, it was simply being lazy. those are the thoughts i have to fight. never put it off until later b/c you never know what later is around here LOL. this morning i rectified it with michelle lemay's 7 essential stress relievers. aahhhh i love the back rolls.i love the idea of rocking the body gently and slowly to ease muscles to loosen up. i noticed on the above link, however, its getting some bad star reviews. must be from people who don't have to worry at this stage of flexibility. back drops, music, instructor i could understand people don't click with but to think these exercises don't do anything! oh no believe me many folks like me who get on this workout feel so much better. afterward did a quick workout. a mix of exercises picked out from my little workout cardsginga-20 repsUFCs-20c/p with a barbell-10@35swing/c & p with a kettlebell-8 each side with a 25lb belldeck squats-12barbell deadlifts(you do the same hip snap sort of as with using a bell)-12@35alternating snatches 10@25bob/weave with punches-20i would repeated this but was falling short on time b/c i wanted to add some more stretching on my own. i am going to the gym later and have some other total body exercises to add on after that so don't want to push to much. maybe add some more swings later in the evening just to get more bell work in. Guest guest
Great job, Kassia. I like LeMay's routines and really keep meaning to do them, in my vast collection, though I seem to have lost sight of them. I always felt like I got a lot of tension relief from her routines. Take care!Donna From: Kassia <ldy_solana@...>Subject: tired morning but managed some conditioning.
