Guest guest
Hi Donna, I made an appointment to see an Orthopedic surgeon on Tuesday. At first just the ankle that I hit in the pool hurt (4 months ago - Nov.) but now my calf feels like it's cramping. I hope it's NOT serious because I need to be able to work and exercise. It's my right foot that's why I'm concerned about driving. Are you going to see a specialist about your calf? Since my calf was bothering me as well as my ankle, I put Icy Hot on both of them (a lot!) The Icy Hot really did the trick because my ankle didn't hurt at all for an hour and a half! WAHOO! After that it started to hurt again and my calf felt tight. When I got home though and looked at my ankle it was badly swollen and so was my calf! That's it, I have to go to a specialist.. .this is REALLY BAD when my ankle swells every time I play (I'm pretty sure it would swell no matter what exercise I tried to do) and this time my calf is swollen too! I'm pretty concerned about it. Jen
