Guest guest
, I was reading this on my phone as I was walking back from lunch and laughed out loud! I'm sure people on the sidewalk thought I was laughing at the joke of the day or something. YOU ARE RIGHT ON THE MONEY! I've reviewed this workout before. It's the " beginner " one, but it's NOT easy! The reason being is you do the same move, the basic bounce, over and over and over without much variety. My calves were killing me! Next I did the one for seniors and even that one was hard! I found the intermediate one to actually be easier because there were a lot more moves! I think for the bounce he means propel yourself up, sure, but not like your jumping on a trampoline, you wanna keep your legs still for the most part. So don't do a deep squat and thrust up with all your might but rather just a quick propulsion up, then keep your legs still, knees bent. Hope this makes sense? As far as abdominal pain, this movement could be firing up your abdominal muscles in ways you're not used to using them. At any rate, I'd move on to the intermediate one if you have it. Hugs! Thanks for the laughs!
