Guest guest Posted June 6, 2010 Report Share Posted June 6, 2010 Well, it's nice to not be wiped out after a workout this morning I was way overdo for a lighter workout...thinking maybe tomorrow too...but we'll see. Anyway, I chose s Ab section off her second workout. I liked it a lot. A thorough workout, that's not easy, but not overly hard either. I used my 25lb bell for mostly everything. Afterwards, I thought some yoga would be good. I chose Bob's Weight Loss Yoga. I did the warm-up, cool-down, and then level 2 15-minute session. It was perfect too. I didn't realized this one focused on abs as well. So, I got a perfect 40 minute workout in this morning Hoping the sun stays shining today.
