Guest guest
What a terrific week ! I rarely drink, now that I know a large glass of wine is 500 cal I'll keep it that way Have a great class.Vennitta Dear Exercise Video Fanatics,Since I know I'm teaching R31 tomorrow I can safely put that down and turn this in early. I'll likely take an evening stroll with DBF but somehow I don't think we'll be huffing it like I do at lunch, though he's a fast walker and we're very compatible that way September 16 – September 22 Sunday Taught Round 17 Monday CIA: Fit to Kick w/Sherri Jacquelyn Tuesday Bridge Walk Wednesday Sharon Mann: Body Sculpt DVD (30 minutes) Warmup: Stability Ball Workout 1: Core Training on the Ball Workout 2: Long & Lean Cooldown: Stability Ball Thursday Bridge Walk __ Bridge Walk Saturday Taught Round 31 Only 2 videos' worth, but the good part is I only drank alcohol one day this week and I usually have a glass or two of wine at night but that's 500 calories I don't need (I have big glasses and luckily DBF doesn't drink hardly ever so he's a very good influence on me. The Sharon Mann workout was tough and I was pleasantly surprised! I look forward to doing more of her workouts! Hope everyone has a super weekend! __._,_._ -- Get Fit! Guest guest
Great week , now take care of your back before it flips you the bird Vennitta There's a slim chance I'll do some back care yoga tonite but I'm not counting on it. Tomorrow for sure! Today was a rest day. I got up at 4:00 am Monday through Friday and this morning I slept in til around 10:00 *L* I got 7.5 hours of workouts in this week and all but the Bridge Walk on Wednesday was intense: October 3 - 9 Sunday off 0 Monday Body Pump 67 1 Esplanade Run 0.5 Tuesday Body Combat 39 1 Esplanade Run 0.5 Wednesday Body Balance 29 1 Bridge Walk 1 Thursday Body Vive 9 1 Esplanade Run 0.5 Friday Body Pump 74 1 Saturday off 0 7.5 I'll go to bed early tomorrow and hope to repeat my Les Mills rotation next week. I'm hooked for the moment, and don't see an end in site to this rotation. I was hoping to run tomorrow for a few miles in the Portland Marathon to support my friend Sam who is running her first marathon but they are saying no one without a bib # will be allowed to run :/ I wanted to be like on the Biggest Loser where a prior season's winner jumps out of the bushes to surprise and run with a new contestant on their journey. Boo. It's raining here more or less nonstop today so I hope the weather will be better tomorrow mostly because I fear that wet socks could cause bad blisters? Anyway, it's better than running in 95 degree weather, at least, and the temperature is certainly pleasant.. Tomorrow I MUST do back care yoga!!! I keep putting it off but lower back is talking to me, time for some TLC and stretching. Hope everyone's having a great weekend!
