Guest guest
One of the benefit I know of hydrometer is to check the sugar content. I have diabetes and I am working on making KT with as little sugar as possible (making sure they convert before I bottle or drink!) I am going to test my new hydrometer (with pictures) and will be sure to post next today. I just bottled 5 KT with pineapple/ginger pulp and 5 with strawberry/ginger pulp. just unbelievable! Lots of fizz! Took pictures and will be sure to post that as well. I am still bottling. gonna try the cinnamon elixir next that I made with cinnamon and vodka (got the idea from OK list people. thanks!!) I was so excited I had to come in here and tell you what I have been doing. now back to bottling. Kombuchdancin and drummin!!! Oh so happy and excited! Hi, I was curious if anyone would happen to know if a fish tank thermometer that is a full range degree farenheit/celsius that attaches to outside of tank or wherever needed. I can find one for a steal on eBay in pets. And what would be the benefits of a hydrometer? Can someone explain this? Thank you,
