When I started dating I lost my appetite and five lbs in a week so I tried some bars, and they were good, so I am doing them now. I just don't want to lose any more muscle mass and am working the weight bench to put more on my upper body. Looking better, too! lol! also, my butt muscles responded immediately to attention as did the calves. Unfortunately, I was not tring to work the calves, but the thighs, so back to the drawing board.
