This month we have sent everyone a unique workout not available on any of our DVDs.  We've been told it is a real butt kicker, so make sure you let us know what you think.  The workout does use a barbell.  If you don't have one, just substitute hand weights.

You should be able to play the files in either Apple Quicktime (http://www.apple.com/quicktime) or VLC Media player (http://www.videolan.org) and some versions of Windows Media Player.

If you do run into problems, please drop us a note at support@... and let us know so we can fix it.

Also, the file is huge.  If you'd rather download it in 5 minutes instead of 30, we recommend you use GetGo Dowload Manager (http://www.getgosoft.com).  It is an amazing piece of software and it's free! It will even start the download where it left off if it gets interrupted.
