Guest guest Posted February 1, 2010 Report Share Posted February 1, 2010 Today marks the start of my recovery week. I wanted to go with yoga. I did one that I hadn't tried before. MTV's Power Yoga. This one flies by. She goes from one pose to the next very quickly. It said in the description, not for a beginner. Luckily, I slid by, by the skin on my teeth!! I did enjoy it quite a bit though. It's the longest I think I've ever done yoga.. It was 45 minutes long then with a short 5 minute pilate ab section on the end. Since I worked a bit harder than intending, might be up for a shorter yet workout tomorrow! Liking the thought of this!!\ Enjoy your Mondays! Will be a busier one for me.
