Guest guest
You are doing a fab job though Judy! I have done one or two of these workouts, and agree, I don't love them. They aren't anything like regular kettlebell workouts.DarcyOn Mon, Feb 1, 2010 at 10:41 AM, Judy S <k9sports4gsps@...> wrote: So I keep trying to see if I like any of these. This workout is again - OK. I got my HR up and feel taller BUT - I just am not a fan of her fast movements. I keep them half time and it is ok. The workout is about 35 min of cardio (swings, halo,s 1 arm swings, with movement etc) and then about 10 min of abs and push ups. It is weird that I can do twisting crunches but any side planks or windmills I feel a pull in my abs (a cue to stop according to MD) so that tells me certain areas of my abs are still healing away. I hope to do some yoga tonight... judy in DC
Guest guest
I didn't love these either. I think you're giving them more of a chance than I did, though..On Mon, Feb 1, 2010 at 8:41 AM, Judy S <k9sports4gsps@...> wrote: So I keep trying to see if I like any of these. Guest guest
If I remember correctly, two of them were OK. I can't remember the names. The first one in the rotation was fun in a 4-limbed aerobics kind of way, and there was a barre/stretch thing that was OK too. It's really not a bad program, but it just did not click with me. I didn't look forward to them, and my bigger kettlebells were calling my name. On Mon, Feb 1, 2010 at 1:47 PM, Judy S <k9sports4gsps@...> wrote: did you like any??
