Guest guest
Tonite I did Push Circuit 1. I like this better than the Burn Circuits because you aim for failure at 6-8 reps and go even heavier, gone are the compound moves. It was a half an hour long, and I again used my own music (love how this is often an option with Beachbody workouts!) Here is what I used: bicep curls: started with 20's, went down to 15'ssquats: two 30lb kettlebellssingle arm bent over tricep extension: 12'sv-press biceps: 12's (hard!) + extremesingle leg squat LOVED THESE - two 25 lb kettlebells + extreme overhead tricep extension: one 30lb kettlebell + extremehamme r curls: 15's + extremeheel squats: two 25 lb kettlebells + extreme8 pushups: on knees, but I did the 3 extreme ones on my toesAfter that I did a 30 minute hip hop workout, Hip Hop for Beginners from Fitness Essentials. It's taught by Cory Rivers, who is a cutie pie and a fairly good instructor except that he doesn't mirror his cueing, though it isn't a big deal with this workout. You do 2 simple routines then string them both together from the top. It was enjoyable, but a bit too beginner for me, so it's off to the Ebay pile. Hope everyone is having a nice evening!
