Hi Everyone,

I'm on Day # 27 of the 30 day 2-a-day PowerFIT rotation! I can't believe i'm almost done. I have enjoyed it, but I am ready to move on to something else.

Today's workouts were PowerFIT Plus Cardio Kick - did my usual modifications - weighted gloves, step and power! PowerFIT Plus Total Express - which is a total body workout done in 20 min with the bands. I doubled up on the bands using the pink (light) and green (heavy) and wore my weighted gloves.

I normally add on something extra - around 20-30 minutes, but this morning I wasn't into it. Not sure if it is the heat and humidity or that I am just getting tired of these workouts. I still like them - they are good - but I have been doing them all of the month of May, plus I did a couple in April as well. So, it is good I'm almost finished.

Tomorrow the rotation calls for PowerFIT Harmony Upper and Lower, but I'm going to tweak things a bit and throw in a day of pure cardio. At the moment I have an oldie planned - Jane Fonda's Step & Stretch. I haven't done this one in years - but the step is fun and is team taught by several instructors (none of theme Jane!) and the stretch session (which is lead by Jane) is very good as I recall. Basic, athletic stretching. I'm definately gravitating more towards these "older" step routines as I like that they aren't overly frenetic in pace or overly complicated in choreography. i am really enjoying good old fashioned stepping!

Then, Friday I'll do Upper/Lower and will likely add on some cardio and abs for good measure.

The weekend will likely be active recovery on Saturday, rest on Sunday (guests) and then on Monday I'll do the last PowerFIT workout of the rotation! Which I think is two of the strength workouts from the original PowerFIT - I'll probably round that out and do all 3 of the strength workouts from the original PowerFIT and call it done! Then, I have a couple of weeks of misc. workouts - I'm going to do 's FIRM workouts and other stuff. After which I will start my Montenegro Method/Running (couch to 5K) rotation. I hope I'll be able to do what I planned, but I'll keep an open mind in case I need to make adjustments. Since I haven't done the MM workouts, I have no idea if what I have planned is do-able for me or not! I will post my rotation in a separate post
