Guest guest
I like your comparison of these to 10 Minute Solutions. It seems like in 10MS you spend a part of each segment warming up. They should have a w/u and a c/d as a separate 10 minutes and focus on working hard for the the working segments! Sara bless her heart gifted me with the FitTV workouts that were at the Dollar Tree. I must say I am impressed! Like your MM workout, some of the workouts are just 20 minutes long, but they are a TOUGH 20 minutes! The Katy Bowman dvd sounds interesting! I'm a paranoid calf stretcher, stretch them every day just about in fear of getting plantar fasciitis again - tight calves and achilles, it's all connected to the plantar fascia. There aren't enough good non yoga stretch dvd's out there..
Guest guest
Hi !I agree about 10 Min Solution - they should just have a separate warm-up and cool down track. The MM workouts have NO warm up or cool down - you are on your own for those. I traded for a couple of those Exercise TV DVDs, I have to try them. And, I may have to try to trade for more of them if I like them. Take care!
