My intent for this week

My intent for this week...that is a good question. First i want to start the

journal that has talked about. And when i have a trigger to eat, stop and

think about what it is i want and am i really hungry. For the journal i will

have to go back through some of the podcasts and see what is supposed to go into

it. I have been having really good success with the redos and just feeling

hunger and thinking about if I am really hungry or not.
