Guest guest Posted April 4, 2010 Report Share Posted April 4, 2010 Well, I got another 30 minute cardio workout in yesterday. We went for a family bike ride. Our first! I towed Bryar and Kaysar in the trailer. DH had Sawyer on the trail-a-bike (attached bike to his). OMG, I thought i was going to die. We went up a few hills, and the wind was working against me. It was everything I could do to keep moving!! My legs felt like they were going to pop...I loved it though. Between just the two kids, it was 80 pounds, and then of course the weight of the trailer... Anyway, it was a 35 minute ride, and I burned 316 with my heart rate at 124.
