What am I going to do when this Crossfit bootcamp is over? I might

have to find a way to afford this. Either that, or I should just keep

doing their W.O.D's on my own. It's so much fun to go with this group

of co-workers. This has to be the best teambuilding ever.

Here's today's workout:

Warm ups:

Lunge stretches

Squat, plank, inchworm

Shoulder stretches: dislocates and rotator cuff, all done with dowel

Then we got detailed instruction on deadlifts and did tons with

olympic barbells. We started with dowels 45 pounds. That felt good.

The instructors liked my form. Thank you, Cathe and Jari!

The workout:

Run Loop (~250m) or 150 Rope Jumps (I did the rope jumps)

Max Rep Ball Slams with 12 pound med balls

Max Rep Squats no weights

Max Rep Dumbbell Push Presses 2x12lb db

Max Rep Dumbbell Deadlifts 2x 15 lb db

1 minute of rest between rounds.

All this, and a bike commute and a walk at lunch. Can you say CALORIE BURN!!!
