starting my second kt brew

could anyone please tell me when starting your second kt brewing can i leave the

scoby from the 1st brew in the fermenting jar and pour the tea over the scoby &

some of the kt left in the jar?? and how cooled does the tea have to be? my 1st

batch was ok but not much fizz, any suggestions on how to get more fizz???
