Guest guest Posted June 16, 2010 Report Share Posted June 16, 2010 Hi, Still sticking w/ the lower stress workouts this week. I did Ellen's/Crunch Fat Burning Pilates. Another good one - 20 or so min of standing Pilates/light cardio followed by 15-20 min of matwork. I am definately on stress overload this week so these workouts are good for me!
