Guest guest
I did not have a lot to bring to this one today but I did as well as I could and actually did something, which alone is a victory right now! We are running so fast these days with school events, work and other things going on that I am INSANE. I didn't get a chance to workout yesterday because I was home for about 3 hours (in 1 two-hour block and another shorter block) between 5:30 AM and 9:30 PM. I could have chosen to do a 10 minute workout but I chose to relax and catch my breath whenever I could instead and I don't feel guilty about it, just a little frustrated that my rotation schedule is really messed up again. Oh well, I'll get over that. Most of the time I was home yesterday I had to grab and digest food and/or feed my family too. I was able to make time today and did 's Calorie Killer. I've done this a few times in this rotation and one part that always drove me nuts (climbing the tall box, alternating feet and constantly changing arm movements with light weights) was much better today. Other parts were actually worse than I normally do so I was just all askew I guess. I still was in my zone for over 20 minutes, in a 40 minute workout so that's great! I did work hard, when I could manage the steps. The floor aerobics went better than the step aerobics and I'm thinking now that I probably would have been more successful if I had used the 6" step instead of the 8" step. tells beginners to use the 6" so I didn't but I probably could have gotten a better workout with the 6" today! Oh well, something to consider for next time. Tomorrow is Super Cardio and I think I have time for it in the morning. The rest of the day will be beyond nuts so if I don't do it in the morning it won't happen but for now, I can't see anything that will get in the way. We'll see what happens tomorrow though! :-)
