Hi -

Good news, DD seems to be on the mend - so I did manage to get this one done today. I did it after breakfast, which is unusual for me, but worked for a mostly weight workout. I definately liked this "tortoise" style workout - alternating weight training (FIRM style, so a lot of compound/combined moves) with aerobics. For some exercises I could have gone heavier than I did, but overall, I felt that I got a good workout in. For some of the exercises, they us the sculpting stick which is really too light, unless you are a beginner. Next time around I shall sub a heavier body bar or a barbell or my weights.

Glad I got it done. Tomorrow will either be a long-ish cardio day plus Pilates/stretching or a more gentle day. I will see how I feel in the morning.

Take care,

Donna

Hi Donna,

I'm glad to hear DD is feeling better! I really like this workout too and agree the stick is too light. Great going!!
