Yoga/Body

Step/Body Bells

monday night did 10

minute solution yoga's yoga burn and stretch. the yoga burn is more

of a fast flow of advanced movement but also some flexibility.stretch is pretty self explanatory.yesterday morning did body

step 57. for some reason i thought i had done this one before so i was going to do 58 on the same dvd but turns out i didn't do either of these workouts before! these workouts are pretty simple to catch on choreography wise because its meant for group classes but on the other hand its not boring with the vibrant instructors and music. there were danceier movements but also intensity blasts. just an overall fun but easy to follow workout, but not easy to do! i didn't get a vid in last night so i just did some stretching while watching my DVR of deadliest catch! new season started last night(and UFC is on tonight!) this

morning did some stretching and joint mobility and did a quick circuit which i was will name body bells LOL just because i thought it would look cool in the title LOL. its 4 cycles total but i switched sides so it was one circuit on one side rest work the other side and repeat!used a 25lb it was hard with this weight but getting much better and controlling the new weightSnatch 10Cleans 10Alternating

Swings 20 totalfinished with my own stretch. gym later.

going with intervals on elliptcal then some more combination core focused moves. some pretty similar to monday's and i had some slight DOMS after that so i know they work!

Hi Kassia,

Awesome job, you are so creative w/ your combos. You really should become a trainer, you'd be awesome at designing a routine for someone.
