Guest guest Posted February 17, 2010 Report Share Posted February 17, 2010 Hi Everyone, Today I did Ellen Barrett's/Prevention Express Belly Blast for a warm-up. It is a 20 or so minute cardio routine - light intervals - followed by 10 minutes of weights. After that, I did Ellen's Fusion Flow. This one has really grown on me and actually is deceptively challenging - first time through I didn't notice/appreciate it much - but I've done it a couple of times and really enjoy it. I'm feeling nicely worked out from Ellen's routines this week. They are perfect for me right now as my calf recovers and my back returns to "normal". On a happy note, re: my back, things are getting better, a lot of the imbalance is gone - so that is good! I'm not sure what to do once I finsih up with Ellen - I was thinking of going back and doing the KickButt workouts or I was thinking of doing my own "generic" rotation.
