Hi,

I woke up this morning at 4:30 and I got up at 5. Just couldn't sleep. I knew there wouldn't be any school, but wasn't sure and couldn't stand it not knowing if it was snowing yet or not.

I got up and ate my breakfast and got done by 5:30 and then I seen on the TV that school was closed. I was rethinking getting up so early. Oh well, I got my workout done.

Today started meso 2 #13. I wore my Cathe gloves on some of it. I quickly learned it was almost impossible to put weight BACK IN IT in time before she started the next exercise. Very frustrating.

Flat bench press (BB) 2 warm up sets-

Flat bench press (BB) 12 reps- 50 10 reps- 55 8 reps- 55

Chest flys 12 reps-25 10 reps-25 8 reps- 25

Incline bench press 12 reps-50 10 reps- 50 8 reps-50

Incline chest fly 12 reps- 22 10 reps- 22 8 reps- 22

SHOULDERS:

seated front press 12 reps- 14 10 reps- 14 8 reps-14 TF- 11 reps 14

Alternating one arm standing lateral raise 12 reps- 8 10 reps- 8 8 reps- 8 12 reps- 14 10 reps- 14 8 reps-14

seated lateral raise TF 16 reps 8

seated rear delt 12 reps 14 10 reps 14 8 reps 14

TRICEPS:

flat bench tricep extensions DB 12 reps 14 10 reps 14 8 reps 14 TF- 6 reps 14

side leaning one arm overhead extensions on ball DB 12 reps- 12 10 reps-12 8 reps-12

Kickbacks one arm 12 reps-10 10 reps-10 8 reps-10

This workout seemed to last FOREVER!!! I really like meso 2, but I felt like I was working out for half a day.

I'm glad to be finished.
