I am varying the intensity though, and not working out nearly as intense as I used to with the quickies. That makes them more do-able, and with much less dread factor. I did the Advanced A program, which is 15 minutes. It was alright. They move soooo quickly that i had to pause several times. I used my 45lb bell for most of it except for the overhead squats, which I used my 25 for. I burned 204 calories with my average 131. It was about 20 minutes.
