Guest guest Posted August 24, 2009 Report Share Posted August 24, 2009 Hello! What a difference in my 'tude from last week. My back is still sore, but I need to do core work to rectify that. And by sore, I know it's there.. which means it is hankering for a good core workout. My sciatic nerve has made peace with whatever was upsetting it last week. Which means that I can run! I ran on Friday and I ran on Sunday. I did a spin class Saturday. Life is GREAT! Ran 8K yesterday. It was slow and hard.. but I did it. My food was really good, too. I have been trying to eat right after I workout and it's not easy! I'm just not hungry. After 10 years of NO eating right away, it is a rough switch. Am still working on it, though. My intention this week is for an easy pattern of working out hard, eating well and enjoying the gloriousness of how hard my body can work.
