Hello!

Witchtoy - It all depends on what is wrong with your back and maybe what

philosophy you believe in. I am not a huge fan of chiros (though I would

have sainted mine when I was getting shockwave therapy for plantar

fasciitis, but he wasn't " adjusting " me. I found this site, julstro.com

who believes in aligning the whole body properly.. That if your toe hurts

it's because your earlobe is too tight kind of thing.

It seems as though many of my issues come from tight band/sheath issues

and apparently one of the worst things you can do for it is stretch. If

you have a 12 " string and tie a few knots in it so that it is now 11 " but

then stretch it back to 12 " all you have done is tightened the knots. With

my ITBS, I worked out the knots with a foam roll (of torture) and have

been hunky dory for months! It seems my back is like the same problem on

the other side. So I bought the ebook and will work on it. I ran this

morning and so far, so good! :)

brandismom - congrats on the client going well! You must be so relieved

(yet stressed out). You'll do fine!

We had a huge storm pass through our area last night. Hours without power

(better than the tornados north of us..). But! My kids come home from

camp today, I ran a painfree 5K this morning and my food thus far has been

great! Ahhhhhhh, and it's FRIDAY! As we say back home " C'est le

weekend! " .

Have a great, productive, safe and healthy weekend!

Corinna
