Guest guest Posted April 14, 2010 Report Share Posted April 14, 2010 I'm 58 pounds above my goal. I've been walking / running 2 miles a day. I'm seeing success in eating only when hungry. Still working on stopping before I'm stuffed. I know I eat too fast. I'm adjusted to my new temporary work schedule: 7 PM to 7 AM 6 days a week. I go to bed around 8 AM and get up around 3:30 PM. Stretch out and do my walk / run, eat some breakfast. It's a 45 minute drive to work. This schedule will last through May 22. Then I'll be back to 7 AM to 3:30 PM Monday thru Friday. My exercise goal is to run some 5k's, 10k's and maybe some half marathons. I'm sure enjoying everyones posts!
