I hope to get quiet a bit of yoga in this week, but we shall see. Anyway, I did level 2 of Jillian's Yoga Meltdown. While I do like this workout, I don't think I love it. She's kind of annoying while instructing. It's surely not a typical yoga workout. There is no meditating in this one! An the " rep it outs " make the workout have a small cardio affect.
