I love most of the side effects I get from drinking KT. I've cut out coffee completely from my life since the boost I get from my morning KT is all I really need. The one problem I'm having is that I'm gaining weight like crazy! I track my weight every week and have lost .5 to 1 pound a week for about a year. However, since about a week after I started drinking KT I noticed that I was gaining a 1-2 lbs. a week! I can assure you that I'm already over weight and do not need any more extra poundage!I'd like to see the scale go back down. I drink my 8 oz of KT in the morning about 20 minutes after waking up. I'll eat breakfast about 2 hours later. I generally don't have any more KT through the rest of the day. The rest of my diet has not changed.
