Today I did the Hip Hop Abs-Hips, Buns and thighs workout. I used my one pound weighted gloves with this. I wish I had some 2 pounders but that will just have to wait for another time This was a fun workout although it wasn't tough enough but I was feeling lazy today anyways (like most days). When I finished that up I did the Last Minute abs DVD, that one is only 5 minutes long. Not a great workout, but better than the nothing I have been doing the last few days. Have a great evening everyone.
