DVD I did today there were clips of her other workouts - 2 of which haven't been released yet and look good. One is a ballet workout - using a barre and the other is supposedly a Pilates style workout that is done in 7 10 minute sections. One of the clips showed her using wrist weights for some standing Pilates work. Looks like both of these may be good! I'm not really that interested in the yoga routine she has out - mostly b/c I have a ton of yoga and a lot of yoga moves (forward bending) bother my back too much. Her Cardio Dance is interesting to me - but still on the fence about it. Mostly interested b/c of the foam roller stretch segment. Will have to think a bit more on that one - but the Ballet and Pilates that are due to be released this year DO look very good!
