Guest guest Posted March 2, 2010 Report Share Posted March 2, 2010 I decided it would be much wiser to do my abs first. It was kind of nice doing abs when I was totally fresh. I handled them very well. The only thing I had quite a bit of problems with are with the plates when going side to side. Those are hard!! Afterwards I did 30/30. I was all geared up and boy did I work hard. I get my heart rate soooo high with these workouts. Wow. I burned over 400 calories (drawing a blank as what the exact was), and my average was 138, but I left it go for ten minutes afterwards. So those numbers aren't exact. It was nice getting done early.
