Guest guest
Hi I just can't believe it, Tax credits have said that they are not going to backdate Harry's severe disablement supplement beyond 93 days even though it was DLA that took from 9th March to End of July to sort it out, but they still expect me to pay the £88 overpayment back - which they have started taking out of my bank with no notice - i have asked for an appeal, so they now have to send me another form. I have (luckily) kept the womans telephone number at DLA who i was dealing with and she is going to write a letter stating that it was DLA's fault. Then to top it off, i have an answer machine message for Harry's new Social worker, calling Harry Harvey!!!!! Then he states that i am getting three hours DP a month, i told him that i was awarded 7 hours but he can't see that written anywhere - I asked him if he was looking at the correct case notes! - Useless incompetant people, Grrrr. Luckily for me i have a letter stating 7 hours a month, both my SW and her manager have left now! Rant over! xx
